What is the return policy?

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging when applicable.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Order changes or cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of placing an order. After that time, the order may already be in processing and may not be able to be modified or canceled.

When will I get my order?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. After processing, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and location. Total delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time.

How can I track my order?

Tracking information is provided once an order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system. International shipments may also be tracked through local postal services or international tracking tools.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and delivery location. U.S. orders have economy, standard, and express options available, and free economy shipping is offered on qualifying orders over $100.
