SUNDAY PJS aims to provide a fair and transparent return process. This policy explains when items may qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Placing an order through SUNDAY PJS indicates acceptance of the terms outlined in this policy.
Return Window
Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be approved.
Eligible Return Conditions
Items must meet the following conditions in order to qualify for return:
unused
unworn
unwashed
free of stains, odors, or visible damage
original tags attached when applicable
original packaging included when possible
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned.
These include:
worn sleepwear or pajamas
worn lingerie or intimate apparel
washed garments
bedding that has been opened or used
items missing original tags or packaging
clearance or final sale items (see review section below for more information)
gift cards or digital products
Material Awareness & Sensitivity Disclaimer
At SUNDAY PJS, we aim to provide clear and accurate product descriptions, including fabric composition and material details, on each product page. By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed and accepted the listed materials and product specifications.
We understand that sensitivities or allergic reactions to certain fabrics may occur. However, returns or refund requests based on known or pre-existing sensitivities to materials that were clearly disclosed at the time of purchase may not be eligible for a full refund.
In such cases, returns may be approved at our discretion for store credit or exchange only. Customers may also be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We strongly encourage customers to review all product details carefully before purchasing, especially if they have known fabric sensitivities or allergies.

Return Request Process
Before sending an item back, a return or claim request must be submitted.
Requests should include:

Items sent without approval may not be accepted.
Required Evidence for Claims
To properly review certain requests, additional documentation may be requested.
This may include:
photos of the product
photos of packaging
delivery confirmation screenshots
order confirmation details
Providing clear documentation helps ensure faster review and resolution.
Refund Options
Approved refunds may be issued through one of the following methods:

SUNDAY PJS store credit
SUNDAY PJS digital gift card
The refund method may vary depending on the situation.
Store credits and digital gift cards issued by SUNDAY PJS are intended for flexible, worry-free use and do not expire. In the rare event that a credit or digital card appears expired, please contact us. In most cases, a replacement or updated store credit will be issued.
Refund Processing Time
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Financial institutions may require additional time for the refund to appear on an account statement.
Store credit or digital store credit refunds are usually processed within 24–48 hours after approval.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Accidental Purchases & Duplicate Orders
If the wrong item is purchased or duplicate orders are placed accidentally, contact should be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this timeframe, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
If the item has already shipped, the return process may still be available if the item meets return eligibility requirements.
Customer-Caused Damage
Refunds cannot be issued for items damaged due to:
improper washing or care
wearing the product
alterations or modifications
misuse of the item
Items returned in damaged condition may be rejected.
Clearance & Final Sale Items
Certain items may be designated as Clearance or Final Sale, which means they are non-refundable.
These items can be identified by one or more of the following:
- Listed in a section clearly marked Clearance or Final Sale on the website
- A marked discounted price intended for clearance or final sale purposes
- Promotion or coupon codes specifically applied for clearance or final sale items
- Any other label, badge, or indication on the product page signaling Final Sale / Clearance
By purchasing items marked in these ways, you acknowledge that they are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated due to damage, defect, or fulfillment error.
If a discounted item does not appear in a clearance or final sale section, or no label is present, the item may still be considered final sale if purchased using a coupon or promotion intended for clearance or final sale items.
We recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchasing to ensure you are aware of any final sale or clearance designation.
Discounts, Coupons & Refund Amounts
Refunds are based on the actual amount paid for an item, including any discounts, promotional offers, or coupon codes applied at checkout.
For example:
- If an item has a regular price of $40 but a discount or coupon reduces the purchase price to $28, any approved refund will be for $28, the amount actually paid.
Important Notes:
- The original price or MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price) is not used to calculate the refund.
- This applies to all types of discounts, including site-wide sales, product-specific promotions, and coupon codes.
- Refunds for partially used items, damaged items, or returns that do not meet eligibility requirements will still be based on the actual purchase price paid.
- Applying a discount or coupon does not affect your ability to return eligible items, but it does affect the refund amount.

Sizing & Fit Disclaimer
At SUNDAY PJS, we strive to provide accurate sizing information to help you select the best fit. Please note that our items may be sourced from international suppliers, and sizing standards may vary between Asian, European, and U.S./Western markets.
We provide sizing charts on product pages, our Shipping Policy, and this policy as a reference guide, but due to differences in manufacturer sizing, fabric stretch, and fit style, sizes may not perfectly match your usual U.S./Western size.

Supplier & Fulfillment Partners
SUNDAY PJS partners with multiple trusted suppliers and fulfillment partners to offer a curated selection of sleepwear, lounge pieces, and related products.
By placing an order through the SUNDAY PJS website, customers acknowledge and agree that certain items may be fulfilled, packaged, and shipped by authorized supplier partners or third-party fulfillment providers working on behalf of SUNDAY PJS.
Because products may ship directly from these partner facilities, packaging, shipping labels, or boxes may occasionally reflect the fulfillment partner or logistics provider used to deliver the item.
This packaging variation does not affect the authenticity, quality, or condition of the product. All items offered through SUNDAY PJS are carefully selected to meet our quality standards.
Receiving an item packaged by a partner supplier or fulfillment provider does not qualify as a reason for return, refund, exchange, or store credit.

Packages Marked Delivered
Once a shipment has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
Before reporting a missing delivery, the following steps are recommended:
check around the delivery location
check with neighbors or household members
check building reception or mailrooms
contact the shipping carrier directly
If delivery confirmation includes photo proof, the situation may be reviewed individually.

Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in:
suspension of future purchases
